4 lbs Protein (I use Ground Turkey)
2 ½ Cups Sweet Potato (substitute for your carbohydrate of
2 ¾ Cups Carrots
2 Cups Zucchini
¾ Cups Green Beans
½ Cup Broccoli
½ Cup Cauliflower
1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Greens (I’m using frozen organic spinach)
Bone Broth (or other preferred liquid to add moisture while
****Vegetables and ingredients listed above are just the ones that we have found our dog likes the best! AMOUNTS of each ingredient are only guidelines. They will vary for each dogs unique breed, size, age, and health. Please always consult a canine nutritionist to find out what would be best for your dog. I am NOT a licensed veterinarian or nutritionist, all opinions expressed are my own.
Prep and cut vegetables to the size needed for your dog, I dice
mine into small pieces
Place all prepped and cut vegetables into a bowl (EXCEPT for
the greens if using)
Plug in the Instant Pot
Pour enough bone broth (or preferred liquid) into the bottom-
enough to cover the bottom
Add ½ vegetable mix and liquid/bone broth as needed
Add in protein source
*Optional* 1⁄2 tsp turmeric (Do your research on this first, start
off with a very small amount)
Top with remaining vegetables, add some more bone
broth/liquid on top
Place top on Instant Pot, ensure it is closed properly and the vent
is in the “sealed” position
Press “Meat/Stew”, low pressure, 10 minutes.
When finished, you can manually quick release the pressure by
switching to “venting” position and releasing the steam in
increments- be VERY careful the steam is extremely hot
When the pin drops, it is safe to open. DO NOT OPEN before this.
Carefully remove lid when safe to do so. Add in greens now if

a potato masher if needed.
Remove the insert from the Instant Pot to cool quicker. Divide
into freezer safe containers. I freeze most, and leave 1 container
in the fridge to use for the next few days.
